Product Info
A rare early-19th-century terracotta vase from Puglia, Italy, found in Ostuni. Its sculptural silhouette is defined by two sturdy side handles and a rounded body characteristic of traditional Southern Italian pottery.
The hand-applied glossy brown and honey-toned glaze shows tonal variation and irregularity across the surface. Today, the vessel can stand alone as a decorative object or hold branches and flowers.

Inside the Atelier
Puglia is at the heart of Bottega Terra. Our signature ceramic collections are made in a small studio in Southern Italy using traditional techniques passed through generations. Alongside these pieces, we also source antique Italian objects, vintage textiles and a small edit of Mediterranean artisan pieces.
The Puglian atelier continues to shape our approach: a preference for human touch, slow making and objects with character, chosen to bring a sense of place to everyday living.
